The pages and the free AI Capability Check are for information. They are not legal, employment or regulated advice. Prices on the site exclude VAT unless a proposal says otherwise. Coaching with your Shift Nexus coach, and enterprise work, starts only when both sides have agreed a written proposal.
The check
The summary is an instant reading of your answers on Mindset, Capability and Ownership. It is not a full assessment, not a psychological test, and not a basis for a decision about someone's job. Practical tasks and the confidence check are not in this version.
Courses
Course outlines may be read before payment is open. A certificate from the learning platform confirms that lesson outlines were marked complete. It is not an accredited qualification. Course payment is not open yet.
Toolkits
Toolkit prices are in pounds. No VAT charged. Shift Nexus Limited is not VAT registered. When card payments are switched on, Stripe hosts the payment page. A completed payment gives you a personal download link that expires. You can open the confirmation page again for a new link. The files are for your organisation to adapt. They are not legal advice. The AI use-policy template needs your own review before you adopt it. See refunds for faulty or wrong files, and for the separate goodwill refund.
