Faulty or wrong files
If a file is faulty, or it is not the file you ordered, we will replace it or refund the price you paid. That is the legal minimum. Asking for immediate access to the download does not remove this right. Email hello@shiftnexus.com and tell us what went wrong.
14-day goodwill refund
This block is separate from the legal minimum above. It can be removed on its own.
Email hello@shiftnexus.com within 14 days of purchase and ask for a goodwill refund. We will refund the price you paid. This is not the 14-day right to cancel. If you asked for immediate access, that right to cancel ends once the download starts. This goodwill refund is an extra offer.
